International Trilingual School of Warsaw Nursery Enrollment and Fees Policy
Thank you for your interest in the nursery of International Trilingual School of Warsaw. Nursery is the best time to start your journey into trilingualism.
Our nursery groups fill up very quickly and parents sign up younger siblings well in advance, so please contact us as soon as you decide that you wish your child to be trilingual in the future.
Most of our students continue their nursery education in our preschool/kindergarten program and then in our trilingual primary school. This is the reason why the number of spots in 3 years olds preschool groups and in the first grade at ITSW is limited.
Five-year-olds enroll to kindergarten group in ITSW (often called “zero group” by local system). Six year olds enroll to first grade of the International Trilingual School of Warsaw. The enrollment to any preschool/kindergarten and primary grades is subject to selection criteria.

Nursery Fees 2024-25 – Children from 1 to 2,5 years old (12th to 30th month old)
| Enrollment Fee | One time registration fee | 1920 PLN | Payable when enrollment is approved. Children enrolled in ITSW nursery are exempted from registration in preschool. |
| Fees | One time guarantee deposit fee | 1000 PLN | Refund at the end of schooling. Children enrolled in ITSW nursery are exempted from preschool’s deposit payment. |
| Monthly care payment | 1500 PLN | Payment until the 5th working day of each month. For children participating in the program “Aktywny w żłobku” the Monthly Care payment is fully covered by Government ZUS. Please check your ZUS application. | |

| Daily payment (only during the declared holiday months) | 162 PLN | ||
| Second and subsequent children reduction | -10% | ||

| Food | Daily meals (Breakfast, lunch, snack) | 26,60 PLN | Payment based on monthly order. Cancelation of order is possible before 8:00 the same day. |
